It is interesting to go back and look at some of the pictures that I took on my first solo road trip. I purchased my first DSLR about 3 weeks before this shot was taken, using money I had received from the sale of an old car! At the time, like many a snapshooter, I was very much drawn to the beauty the West Coast offered. This particular shot was taken near Harris Beach in Oregon, the fog that you see in the distance dominated the trip to this point.
